At ShopFlix, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Certain items (like innerwear, personal care, or clearance products) may not be eligible for return/refund for hygiene or final-sale reasons.
2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/SMS about the status.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

The product is damaged due to misuse or negligence.

The return request is initiated after the return window.

The item is missing original tags, packaging, or accessories.
4. Exchange Option

Instead of a refund, you may choose to exchange your product for a different size or item (subject to availability).

Exchanges follow the same eligibility rules as refunds.
5. Cancellation & Refunds

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, if they haven’t been shipped.

If already shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return.
