2. Return Process

Pick-Up/Drop-Off – Our courier partner will arrange a pickup, or you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Quality Check – Returned items will be inspected before approval.

Refund/Exchange – Once approved, you can choose between a refund (as per our Refund Policy) or an exchange.
3. Exchange Option

You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).

Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care products.

Gift cards, clearance, or final-sale items.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
