  • Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Certain products (such as innerwear, personal care, or clearance items) are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return – Log in to your account or contact our customer care team to raise a return request.

  2. Pick-Up/Drop-Off – Our courier partner will arrange a pickup, or you may be asked to self-ship the product.

  3. Quality Check – Returned items will be inspected before approval.

  4. Refund/Exchange – Once approved, you can choose between a refund (as per our Refund Policy) or an exchange.


3. Exchange Option

  • You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (subject to stock availability).

  • Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes inspection.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and personal care products.

  • Gift cards, clearance, or final-sale items.

  • Damaged or used items not in their original condition.


5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
