5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available in select pin codes only.

  • Additional handling charges may apply for COD orders.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • ShopFlix is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details provided by you, re-delivery charges may apply.


7. International Shipping (Optional)
