These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, delivery, and use of products and services offered under the brand Yuvariva, owned by Betasys Healthcare Ltd.

✔ 1. Product Quality

• Products are manufactured in compliance with applicable healthcare and safety standards.
• Ingredients, formulations, and specifications are clearly mentioned on packaging.
• Results may vary depending on individual usage, lifestyle, and health conditions.
• Customers should read labels and consult a healthcare professional if required.

🚚 2. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are processed only after confirmed payment (unless agreed otherwise).
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics or availability.
• Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Any visible damage must be reported at delivery and notified within 48 hours.

🔁 3. Returns & Replacements

• Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.
• Refunds or replacements are allowed only if:
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Expired or damaged (unopened) product
• Claims must be raised within 7 working days with photo/video proof.

📌 4. Company Commitments

• We aim for timely delivery and transparent communication.
• Customer complaints are addressed within 7 working days.
• Liability is limited to replacement, refund, or service resolution.

Betasys Healthcare Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent diseases unless specifically stated.

⚖ 6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat courts.
